Having owned Sony subs in the past, I can tell you to avoid them like the plague. I had to have mine replaced under warranty 7 times in 2 years. I got a killer deal on them, which is the only reason I had them in the first place.
The OHM rating you need is completely dependent on how you intend to wire them. If you get an Amp that is 2 Ohm stable, you can get two 4 Ohm woofers, wire them in parallel, and effectively double your output allowing you to get a less powerful amp. That being said, stable or not, running your Amp under that kind of load does a few things:
1) Makes it run really hot. I assume you will trunk mount it, which doesn't help either. Mine used to trip thermal protection fairly often, which shuts your amp down for safety. This was even worse in the warmer months. I actually burned a hole in the back of my rear seats in my last car.
2) Really, really hard on the internals of the amp. Expect to burn it up a lot more quickly than one running at 4 Ohm load.
3) Lower resistance mean higher Amperage draw on the alternator. I don't know the specifics on the Altima alternator off-hand, but I know I replaced the one in my previous car 6 times in 7 years. That's not normal.

Crutchfield. I'm not a big fan of them, but they do have some fantastic info on their site.
