sound deadening?

does anyone know anything that you can do to your car to basically block out noise from the outside world, because I am about to upgrade exhaust, but i dont want a constant growl inside the car, just outside

Dynamat will drastically reduce outside noise. If you get a high quality exhaust system, you shouldn't hear the annoying growl.

Stillen, HKS, and Borla are a few.

Yup, but it's at the low end of the spectrum...The sound and power gained are not as good as Stillen and HKS. I admit, the Stillen is pricy ($1,200) but it appears that it's worth the money.

In the end, I'd rather be happy with the sound/power of the exhaust, instead of being mad because I settled on another system to save some cash.
