The heat shield on the Rogue is a really bad design, extremely thin gauge aluminum that vibrates a lot and bends easily. If you're concerned about it, have your service shop check it out. If any of the welds or fasteners are broken they'll re-secure and you'll be good to go. But I don't believe there are any screws or bolts that you can tighten, I've only seen spot welds.

would like to add: that with the car on and in park, e-brake engaged - crawl beside the car, and look & listen under the car.
1. ask someone in the car to turn on the A/C. that will cause the engine to bog down a bit, and then rebound a tad. listen for rattles.
2. ask the person to rev the car a little. listen for rattles.
if nothing - then you might wanna crawl under and with gloves and with a fist, hit the exhaust in a few places and listen.
