Did you know:

..there are at least 20 different styles of wheel balancing weights. Most car makers from specific regions (Asia, Europe, US) all use their own styles, with few exceptions, for their aluminum wheels. Modern Porsche uses only "tape on weights" (TAW, from BADA)

Infiniti utilizes at least three different styles for their various makes/model year alloy wheels: ALC, ALCFN, TAW

...while modern Nissans have only two variants: ALCFN, TAW

Most "clip on" style wheel weights can be considered universal to the untrained eye. Be advised, some car makers also used weights in either ounce or gram increments. Back to the issue of basic universality, many of today's wheel weights have both Oz/Gram designation on them, which aids in ease of use for the tech performing the balance work.

I hate it when I get tires mounted and the bastards don't put the weights on the inside, they stickout like a sore thumb...

sorry, I shouldn't say that, but I call people I like bastards too

but I did request they go on the inside, they just stick out so much to me
