I wanna get my 92 KA turbocharged, the engine only have 130k in it and it is running fine. Except when it is in gear, reving at 5,000RPM it start shaking or pulling uncontrollably,(like u cluthing bad at 1st gear.). Im going to do a compression check, and hope it turns out good.

my goal is 200+ hp, so i think 7psi will be more than enough right? Since i heard that the ka's stock internal will be ok with turbo all i need new is fuel injectors and fuel pump? how many cc?

4 new injectorsturboBOVpipingsinnercoolerchipped ecuwastegateexhaust.fuelpump.

any parts i need to add or take out? any suggestions on how to get cheap parts? i heard that ppl uses ecipse turbos, or parts from different vehical.

Start reading! You need to learn a lot more. What feul management system are you going to use? Piggyback? Standalone? A simple FMU setup? What are you going to do about timing, since you can't run timing off JUST the knock sensor like the SAFCs kinda do, lol (not bashing on SAFC setups). How will you tune you feul setup for a safe AF ratio? You need a wideband to make sure they are safe. What injectors are you looking at, and what duty cycle will you set them at if you will be running your stock ecu? How's the compression on each cylinder?

What is the A/R on the turbo you will be using. 7psi on one turbo( CA18 T25) may give you nothing, while 7 psi on say a T04e 50 trim compressor with an exhaust T3 housing with an A/R of .86 (like mine) will be a LOT of fun. What oil lines will you be choosing? If you have too much or too little oil, you could really do a LOT of damage to your turbocharger. How will you recirculate the oil back from the turbo? Many people tap into the oil pan, will you? How and where will you mount it if you want to keep A/C in your car? What size wastegate do you think is best for your application? Will you recirculate it back into the exhaust?

How will you place whichever turbo you are looking at? Topmount, bottom mount, remote? You need to make sure that it fits under the hood, and clears your motor mounts and strut tower. How will the fitment be in reguards to the Brake Master Cylinder? (since they are prone to a LOT of heat exposure).

How will you use the piping, and what size intercooler will you be using, are you sure on the piping material and diameter? Where will you put the BOV? Will it recirculate back into the intake? Or will you be using an open atmospheric setup? If running an open atmospheric setup, how will you deal with any troubleshooting and stall issues? Are you certain for the best location of your MAF ? You want to keep it from turbulant air and such.......

This is really just the basics, (and I really DO mean basics)............ And you should be able to answer all of them before going into a project such as turbocharging your KA.

If you want a decent setup, you do need to learn a lot more and do some research, because your setup is missing a LOT of important components. This website has a lot of info about other setups that have been tried and true, lots of Q and A on this matter.....my advice is: Don't boost until you are more knowledgable, or else it might be the sweetest 5 minutes of your engine's life.

Get some 370cc sr20 or 300zxtt injectors and a 50 trim, on 7psi you should make about 210-230 whp depending on your a/r of the turbo you get.

It is funny that you ask someone to read, when you do not even read his post.

The Sr 370cc will make it for your goals the 50 trim will make it too, you just need to add at least a boost gauge and the oil lines.
