a while back there was a guy who had a kae-t who did it for dirt cheap he used his stock manifold and an fmu. does anyone have the link for it. i am trying to get my friend to do it to his. thanks

His username is Bwana. But it is really simple. A t25/28 with a manifold, an 8:1 FMU, a walbro fp, and an intercooler are all that is required.Engine compression should be 155psi or better and within +/- 10psi of each other. I've done it a few times and it works great. Zero tuning issues. You may need to set your timing back a few degrees to take care of any detonation.This is the best low boost set up for a KA IMHO.Good luck.

Yea i was going for something similar, this is what i have so far.

Turbo – t28Turbo manifold – SSAC T2 flanged bottom mountIntercooler – eBay FMICDown pipe – SR20Fuel pump – Walbro 255lphFuel Injectors– 1:8 FMUElectronics: MSD – Boost Timing Master

Then also exhaust BOV, and all that good stuff. I might throw in a turbo timer too, still researching before I buy anything.
