Sorry about all the stupid questions, but i need help. I feel stupid asking this but i really cant seem to figure it out. I need to change the tailight on my 2003 m45, but i'm having trouble figuring out how to take the trunk panels off. They dont seem to have screws just little plastic bolts. I dont want to break a plastic bolt but i dont really see how else to get the panels off. There is one screw on the right side but it doesnt seem to be able to unscrew.

I'm sure someone has done something as simple as change a lightbulb, so how did u do it?

Thanks in advance

I havent changed a bulb yet but usually plastic screws that hold panels are actually not screws but they just push on and pull off.

You will need a narrow flat head screw driver. You will see 2 small notches on the center plastic screw thingys. Gently pop one up and they come out with ease. To put them back in make sure you have that middle plastic screw bolt thingy extended out, place over the hole and push the extended part through. Should be a snap. Changing of bulb is extremely easy. Remember not to touch bulbs with your bare hands. Use a clean microfiber towel or surgical gloves.
