I dropped my ca18det powered Sentra off at LNS Performance in Knoxville, Tn to have a front mount intercooler installed, my wideband wired into the Ecu, and to be tuned.

Hopefully, within the next week or two I'll be going down to drive it back, then I'll load you guys up with tons of pics and a dynosheet!

I know of at least one ca18det guy on there that lives in Knoxville, go swing by and look at it if ya got the time.

They don't make an emoticon to describe how excited I am about it.

PICS!!! They said they should have it back running by the end of today and ready for dynotuning.

This is them in process of installing the FMIC and replacing the factory MAF with a Z32 - please ignore how dusty my engine compartment is - havn't cleaned it since I was sanding the car down for paint.

That's just the "mock-up", hopefully they won't be using those connectors.

Yeah the silicon turbo outlet worries me, being so close to the manifold I would think it would melt.

what did u do to ur turbo to have the compressor wheel face the flywheel? I always ask other fwd guys how they get around the hurdle of almost all turbos being setup to sit with the compressor wheel facing the timing belt.

Im gonna be making a custom bracket to get my waste gate actuator out of the way of hitting my transmission. Feel free to add another picture of that turbo setup.. i love seeing what others do.

thx!

What part of middle Tennessee? I'll be driving this thing to Murfreesboro probably during thanksgiving.

As for the question on the compressor wheel - I did nothing, just bolted the trans straight up to the factory motor didn't have to mess with anything.

Cool, we usually spend thanksgiving in Paris, TN then I go to my sister-n-laws in Murfreesboro for the last day.

There is some guy that lives like 2 doors down that has a 240sx fixed up, they live in some subdivision that you go to by cutting left across from that massive Baptist church. I forget the street names, real weird ones like hocknblockn or something crazy.

Wow, definitely a small world...

My wife is from Paris (born and raised there), we met at Freed Hardeman over in Henderson, then we lived at Antioch for a bit.

Her sister (likewise born in Paris) moved to Murfreesboro. My wife actually graduated from MTSU, I've got cousins that live there in Murfreesboro also.
