Soon to be new CA owner...questions

I am pretty sure I've decided on the CA18DEt to install over the upcoming winter. What car should I get the engine from so it fits a '91 240, the 88-90 silvia? Where would you guys recommend getting the engine from and what parts would you replace when you do the install(def clutch and flywheel)?What type of car would you tell the parts store you have to get the right parts for the engine, clutch, flywheel, etc?
