First of all yes i have been researching getting my KA24DE some boost. Second this is a project car and not my DD so if i break or blow it up thats ok.

here is the set up i have almost complete/plan to run

SR t251g SSAC manifold reinforceds13 SMICstock elbow/down pipe on stock exhauststock BPV recurculated to b4 turbo

SACF IIMSD BTMBlaster SS coil w/ DYI modSr370cc225lph pump

My compression came out to170.170.165.170

I want to run about 6psi on this setup until i can get a larger exhaust, new clutch and WBo2, new rad/electric fans

#1. Do i need to run coolant lines on the t25 if i install a turbo timer?

#2. i know i need to run colder plugs but how much colder for my setup?

#3. i plan install fuel pressure gauge, what kind of # should i expect to see running 6psi. would an AFPR be needed or will the SAFC be able to mantain the proper FPR?

#4 I want to remove the EGR system, but i understand that the EGR can accualy prevent detanation in F/I engins. is it better to keep the EGR or remove? ( emmission passing/inspection is not a problem)

#5 BOV vent/recurculate? i know many people prefer one over the other, i guess im the kind that like the BOV sound, i take it the SAFC can be tuned to decrease the fuel flow when shifting to allow for a vented BOV w/o backfire or insanley rich conditions?

im running pretty much the same setup as you are except a 3in downpipe and catback.....and im running a tuned ECU along with an SAFC...now to answer your questions

1. No coolant lines are necessary unless you really want to run them

2. just get some NGK-7's

3. with 370cc injectors and the SAFC you should be fine....no need for an AFPR

4. Can the EGR system...its for emissions purposes and will make the install 10 times easier

5. you can do either...im venting mine to atmosphere cuz im using the Dec Air function on the safc to compensate for it....

the only thing i see you missing is the oil lines....spend the extra money and guy the JGS t25 oil line kit....its a lifesaver....
