Song information missing from Bluetooth audio

Hope someone can help, here is my issue:
The song information (artist, title, album etc.. will not stay on the screen, this happens with Pandora or Apple radio.
It may come on for a minute then disappears, music still plays but no info...
When listening to music from any other source i.e. USB, IPod, regular radio , information stays on.
I took the vehicle to the local Infinity dealership, they verified the issue and ordered a new radio.
The just installed it today and the same thing is happening, they have no other solution other than to tell me it did the same thing with other IPhones that they tested it with but the Android phone that they used worked perfectly.
I'm not in a position to change out my IPhones for Androids to fix the issue...
Vehicle is a 2011 EX35 Journey package with Navigation.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so was it resolved?
