somone with fsm, torque specs please!

can somone please give me torque numbers for a couple of suspension parts for s14? i would like to know the values for the bolts in the front and rear struts (5 bolts in the front suspension and 3 in the back) and for the 2 bolts in the rear upper arms? thankyou!!
