with the newer cars you can plug into the OBD2 sensor and have one gauge to read off a million things. things like dash hawk and auto enginuities scan tools make running gauges much more simple.

is there anything like this we can get to work with our current cars?

something like this would be much nicer than running a million gauges.

OBDII has its pros and cons.

The only Pro I can think of is that it does help locate problems.

The cons are just a pain in the ***.

Anyways several standalones allow you to hook up special display kits that let you do all that crap.

Since Megasquirt is becoming huge in the CA realm I'll show what we use for displays.

This is called DigiDash

This gives us gauges for your hearts desire and a GUI interface. Kinda like SDS LCD programmer but with pictures and bigger display.

We also have whats called MegaView.

This is the equivalent to the SDS programmer just numbers displayed.

you can pick up an A'Pexi multi-checker. It's ancient but it reads a ton of **** and it looks the same as the rest.... similar at least. It's old looking. or you could even get the HKS camp i think it's called. you need a laptop but the software and cable is only like $175 i think.

is this item still forsale?

Ps thanks for all the feedback. the HKS camp seems cool, but in reality it seems a 3 piece gauge pod seems to be the easiest and best solution. I was just trying to have one unit that did all of them
