sometimes it starts but most the times nothing??

ok I've search numerous no start threads but I can't seem to find out what the problem is. I have a 1990 sohc 240sx and like the title says, it only starts sometimes like after a whole day or two. Most of the time it doesn't even crank, no starter noise, nothing as if theres no power but the lights and radio work. I can hear the fuel pump when I put it on the on position. So what I've done so far is replaced the starter, replaced battery, checked the wires and harness, and what I was planning to do today was change out that blue starter relay thing by the passenger fender. Got to wait next week for that. But whats weird is that it would start then not start for a long time and the process repeats itself thanks in advance for any help.

p.s oh yea and it's not that clutch switch thing.

Check the other relays, you may find one of the same on the car, simply switch them and see it it fixes the problem. I would try jumping the starter solenoid and see if that does anything. If you're not comfy doing this then get a multmeter and check for 12v at the solenoid when you're trying to crank. If there is no power then the problem is somewhere in the ignition harness.
