Once in a while, turning the key to start my Q does nothing. I jiggle, wiggle, and still nothing. So, I'll put it in neutral and it starts just fine. Unfortunately, when this intermittent problem occurs, I cant use my remote start.

What could be the cause? Is something electronic? Park-Neutral switch thingy? Easy fix?

Thanks

PNSW sound likely. Odd that jiggling the shifter doesn't make a difference. Pull the ECU out and be ready to measure pin 44 the next time it happens again. I once drove around for 2 weeks with the ECU on the floor looking for an intermittent problem.
