sometimes engine wont start....help

hey guys, when my engine does start (which it does almost all of the time) it runs good....but sometimes ill turn the ignition, and ill just hear a *click* noise coming from under the hood.....usually after a few tries it starts and i havent had any incidents where it would not start at all....yet

i was just wondering if any of you wise individuals could tell me whats wrong, if its something major i need to worry about, and what i need to do to get this problem fixed....

...also i know its pretty much impossible to tell but i have 168,000 miles on my ka24de....ive heard these are reliable engines, but is there anything i can do to ensure long engine life other than regular oil changes and such? how long do these engines normally last if just daily driven???....i really cant afford to have my engine ****ting on me ...i rarely push my engine...sometimes to around 100 when im passing people on the highway, but thats pretty rare

check your battery terminals. also check the all the connections from ur battery and follow them to look for anything loose
