something wrong with my camber plates?

i'm trying to get more camber and i cant dial any more negative camber because it's hitting. is it ok to cut the top strut tower to take advantage of the camber plates on my coils? or am i just noob and doing it wrong? btw im runnig PBM coils.

Move the inner bolts to the middle.
