something wrong with my 240! help!

its a 5speed manual 1991 with ka24de

It'll drive normal but when I give it some gas it acts like the clutch is being engaged.

For example, after 1/4th of the pedal throttle it'll seem like the clutch gets pushed in and just raise RPMs as if i was reving my engine but when I go back to about 1/4th of the throttle it will actually start accelerating again.

Anyone know what this problem is? is it expensive to fix? Help please! thanks!!

This happens in every gear (i didnt try reversing though)

sounds like u need a new clutch it sounds like it is slippin so it shouldnt cost u more then like 350 or sumtin for a centerforce kit n get it over wit
