evening gentlemen, i introduced myself the other day as a new 240sx owner but long time fanatic.

aside from vigorously cleaning and vacuuming the interior of my car i thought to myself and decided to dedicate some time in the engine bay. and the first thing that came up to my mind was the valve cover that was very old and simple looking.

so i grabbed a can of temperature resistant spray paint, some masking tape and in 15 minutes my engine got a new look.the lettering i painted with paint markers i had laying arround. it held up pretty good and withstood a decently warm run of the motor, so here it is.and a front shot of the car

Very nice painting there! I've been holding off on painting mine for too long. I also wish my garage was as clean as yours!

Welcome to Nico! I would have posted these photos in the "Photos of your car" thread instead of starting a new thread just for yours. Not trying to bust on you, just giving you pointers to get more respect here.
