The "3 Year Rule" is in application possible Statutory Rape. (18+ nailing a minor). In Virginia, even if you're 19, and she's 17, it's NOT Statutory Rape because there is less than a 3 year difference in age. This doens't make it legal, just much less likely to get you thrown in jail. Virginia still has some rather old time laws that make ANY sex out of wedlock illegal, aswell as Oral sex, in or out of marriage. And the only sanctioned position is "missionary".... :rolleyes
