People are so lovely, aren't they? Just driving along and taking out car parts and crap. I'm in the market for a new Rear Bumper cover now, but I'm trying to avoid getting an OEM one. I know of the GT-R, Stillen, and B-Magic kits, and yet I am not entirely pleased with the full features of any of them. Are there kits/bumpers I'm missing?

ED has a rear bumper, it's super aggressive though

i agree, but only if the car has enough mods to compliment the aggressiveness of the rear bumper design. for example, if i saw a bone stock coupe with that nasty fistful of wheel gap and an ED Rear bumper, i would probably have to slap the owner. wheels, suspension, exhaust, then go crazy with the aggressive rear bumper imo.

OP, i would go with the BMagic IMP style rear bumper if you don't have a ton of mods, since it's relatively close to the OEM design

true enough.. i guess it comes to what the op is lookin to do with his coupe down the line.. if hes gonna upgrade his shoes and drop it then id say get the ED now since hes buyin a new bumper, but if hes tryin to stay closer to stock, then yeah the IMP is nice

I'm looking to eventually (hopefully in the next few months) get new wheels. I believe dropping it would be a bad idea, since my city is so hilly and filled with so many potholes. I would be dealing with more problems if I did, though I really do like the look of dropped Coupes. As far as the back of the car goes, I already have my tail lights changed, and I'm going to overlay them soon. So you're all going for ED, then?

Also, does anyone even own the B Magic kit? I haven't seen any cars on here (must admit, I did a poor search) with it as of yet.

I live in the SF bay area with some horribly s*** roads and plenty of hills, i'm lowered on coils so i'm not all that worried. Hell, I don't even scrape (99% of the time).

I still say go with the BMagic kit if you're not gonna drop and go super aggressive, but it's up to you

I guess it also depends on what you're gonna do with the rims. If you got rims that seemed to cut your wheels gap a bit, and if you were ever gonna consider a drop, then id say go ED if you like it because you dont wanna get a diff one, then drop your car 8 months later and regret not getting the one you like more.. For me, the ED is orgasmic, but its really all up to the owner. You gotta be happy with your car, not make everyone else happy with it

Yes yes, quite right. I'm going to hold off on a decision until I speak with my mechanic. Btw, would you guys mind posting pictures of your cars with the ED bumper? I know there's tons of pictures out there on the interwebz, but it doesn't quite hit home with me. It's so...generic to look at those.

Guy has a white coupe, that looks crazy sexy with the ED bumper, and a good amount of shots of it. Hope this gives you a good idea.

Just to update everyone, I ended up not getting another bumper cover, instead I just let my body shop get a stock one. However, they did something that was kind of unexpected, and looks pretty awesome. The piece on the bottom of the bumper, where the exhaust tips come out, is usually black. Got my car back, and it wasn't black. It's now the color of the car.Image

See. It's a nice little change to the car.

Eh, I don't know. Maybe for you darker guys it makes sense, but when I see a white coupe with the white diffuser, it just seems to make the back end of the car look fat.

Ha, you're right. It does kind of make the car look a little funny in lighter colors. The black diffuser gives the car a nice, defining look, no matter what the color. On the white, though, definitely stands out nicely.
