HEY IM NEW TO ALL THIS

I bought a 89 240sx hb and the guy i bought it off was a joke and i love the car though. he was messing with the gauge cluster because the lights were not working and he arched wire or something and now it will not go into OD. its automatic and its got a KA24E in it.IF U NO HOW TO HELP PLZ SEND INFO.
