I have been outside all day trying to figure out what is going on with my car. Whenever I turn my key all the way forward, a load buzzing sound comes from where my ECU is at. None of the lights on my dash come on, the radio, or anything else like that. I tried to start my car but it won't, it just keeps turning over. I am willing to give someone $5 if they can help me figure out what is going on.

What else is it doin? Is there a small humming sound? Is there an audiable "click" that comes from under the hood? Do any of your other lights come on?

The sound is actually pretty loud. There isn't any noise coming from under the hood. My headlights come on.

I'm basically shoot in the dark here homie. Check out your ignition switch, the electrical part, not the key and tumbler. Get a friend to put his/her head by the ECU and turn the key on. See if they can hear it. Also, check out ALL of your fuses AND relays, both under the hood and inside.

The sound is loud enough that you can hear it if you are standing outside of the car.

I forgot to mention that whenever I turn the key on and off, there is like a "click" sound that comes from where the fuses are. How do I check my fuses, just pull all of them out and see if they are blown.

Also, what do you mean by checking the ignition, the two white/red wires coming from it because I spliced in to those for my gauges.

Yeah, basically pull out your fuses and check them one by one, if one is blown, replace it. if it keeps blowing then you have a short. find out what that fuse gives power to and start chasin wires.

as for the ignition, check the switch, it may be goin out on you. not the key and tumbler assembly, but the actual switch. get one out of a salvage yard and try it.
