Has there been any tinkering with wires(ie: sleepy eyes conversion)?I'm new to the 240, (just bought mine three weeks ago) so help me by telling me if the dimmer switch is also part of the headlight switch, multi-function switch, or is it seperate. If it's seperate check to see if the power is coming into it from headlight switch before the relay.

my dimmer switch is working not sure if its built in with the headlight switch, but the headlight switch is brand new, and my dimmer works fine, the dime is not even low, and plus all my relays are getting power all relays work.

is there a possiblity that one of your wires may be cut or damaged? Trace your wiring.. it may take a while but just trace it and see! something could be loose.

the only wire that is cut is the brown wire to make the lights sleepy eyes.. and it has been cut for years.

It seems like you've done everything. All I can reccomend is make sure nothing is loose and check everything with a voltmeter, and if it still doesnt work then the only thing left is the wiring. Sorry about the bad luck
