Someone please help me

I am inquiring about purchasing a 2004 qx56 with only 50,000 miles on it. I realllllly want this truck but everyone I talk to says its a bad decision because of the age of the truck and the amount the repairs will cost when they arise. My arguement is that most repairs come from wear and tear based on driving and it only has 50k and has been taken well care of. Can someone please give me some insight and opinions on if this would be a good choice.

the first model armada/qx were plagued with issues..

brake shudder, lots of plastic in the cabin screeching (sounded like rats in the dashboard), calipers were small. i would advise AGAINST a 2004 armada/q. the earliest i would suggest would be a 2006. lots of changes in that model year.

i have owned two armadas and now a '12 q so i am quite familiar with this particular car.

repairs , many things can be done on your own and its not a bad truck at all, but stay away from 2004...
