While looking for vacuum sources, and just being bored really, I came across the plug that's on top of the throttle body. A 10mm allen fits in there but its incredibly tight. Anyone know what it is? Thanks! Pic below

It is a plug for cleaning out the plenum if needed. You can however put a nipple in there if you desire or need extra vacuum sources, or you could get a Vacuum block like this Full Race bad boy.

Supposedly, if you're having emissions problems, you can stick a pipe cleaner in there and clean it out.

Thanks for the replies fellas! I took out the fitting, however, i can't size it out. I measured it with my thread-ID thing and it comes close to being an M20 but it still wont fit. Is it some kind of pipe thread such as BSPT or something? Anyone know? Thanks.

Its a 1/2 pipe thread. It matches to a 1/2 NPT fitting. But since its from Nissan its most likely a 1/2 BSPT. Thanks for the help
