Someone HELP! My Navi arrow on screen not moving with car!

Does anyone know why my navi froze when i inserted a updated navi disc in my 06 M35X?

7.0 to 7.2 cd. Now the navi arrow will not move and is stuck in the last place. Bluetooth still works fine!

I tried to insert the old 7.0 and did not work. Still stuck!

Its just the arrow on the screen! It turns north, east, west, and south the direction the car is heading, but will not move along the path its on. Its stuck on the last spot it was on.

I can adjust the current location but still stuck on new location after!
