There was some dude in Orlando selling one a few months back. Had the L16 motor, in excellent condition. I think it was a 4 door sedan if I remember correctly. Don't know his name or anything though, so I guess it doesn't help

Ahhh man... Im looking for something local (NorthEast US) that I can drop a fully built SR20DET with upgraded Turbo (T-66 with FMIC) into. I need a new winter project to work on!!

510 would be nice. S14 styled 240sx would be nicer, but they are hard to come buy. I dont wanna spend more than $4500 for one. I'm looking to find one with a blown motor or transmission since I'll be swapping.

yeah, I own a 510. previous owner swapped in the KAD engine which offers 60hp over the stock 96. nothing about the car is very stock anymore.

I had a '73 510....bought it new.

We were talking the other night about finding one for a project car...no need to worry about emissions testing.

Finding a 510 in the northeast (I'm in NJ) is really impossible. Especially if you wanted one with a straight body.

I've had 3 510's in the last couple years. Right now I have a project car that I'm looking to get rid of. It's a 71 2-door. The body is primer grey and has some rust that needs to be sanded out. It has front / rear sway bars, and Suspension Techniques springs with Koni shocks. The fenders are flared. It has a Momo steering wheel. The engine is a 2.2L with pretty severe headwork and dual 44 Mikuni's. The bottom end needs new piston rings. It has an aluminum radiator. Truck 5-speed with a 280Z 5-speed ready to swap. And Wilwood 4-piston calipers on larger rotors up front.

I have a 4 dr 510 that I am currently swapping an SR20DET (Redtop) into. I am going to use an HKS front mount intercooler for my set up along with a custom radiator and turbo manifold.

THe red one earlier in this post was my car. I sold it a while ago and last I heard a drunk driver nailed it and totalled it while it was parked on a street. shame.

-Is your car running yet?Running? yes. Driveable, no. It got it to idle a few days ago, but it needs more tuning on the AEM EMS I am new to the software and the whole AEM system, so i am learning as I go, which makes the process slow.

-What kind of exhaust manifold?JGS Turbo, mild-steel, log style with S15 silvia T28 turbo.

-Is that the ecu on the r/f fender well?NO, thats the AEM ignition system. The AEM EMS is in the interior.

-Who did your driveshaft?A place in Gardena, CA

-What kind of intercooler set-up?Spearco 2.25" core with custom end tanks that I painstakingly fabricated.

You probably did not see my car in santa ana. it was a very popular color back in the day, there are a lot still out there. I recently moved from L.A. to oregon, so unless you saw it on a trailer behind a u-haul it wasnt me.
