OK, so I haven't been updating you guys on my window issues, but for a brief rundown...
someone tried to break into my car when I was out of town, my wife took the car to All Star Glass.... they replaced the window..
but, they used an afterarlet company, and the window was not curved to exact OEM specs. thus, it pushed the run rubber out when the window rolled up..
Next, I took it back to All Star glass, they loked at it, said the curve was bad, but that they would replace it with another aftermarket company that they used.... they replaced the window, this time, it bowed in at the center, and pressed against the inside of the door... they told me that when they rolled it up, it sounded like the motor was straining to work. They said the motor may have been damaged, but this window needed to be replaced also..
we replaced it a third time with a factory Nissan OEM window... window rolls perfectly, no more bowing inwards, no motor working hard, no run rubber push out...
MORAL OF THE STORY... if you guys get your window smashed and you have to replace it... tell the company from the beginning that the aftermarket window vendors for our cars (2008 / 2009 A/C) are not to OEM specs, and they need to just buy the OEM part from the Nissan vendor.
Hope this helps some of you and saves you some time!
