I have an E8 that will eventually be going on mine next year. Keep up updated on your progress.

What problems are you having? Trying to get it to crank or idle or stop running rich at idle?

those are massive injectors, I could not see 500whp needing 1680 cc's.

Though it should be able to idle with those injectors, expect a rich condition. I once contemplated on 1600cc injectors, but even the well-built KA24 guys are struggling to get the A/F ratio correct, especially at idle. I would consult with haltec to see if this system is capable of supporting that much injector. And if you're shooting for 500hp, you are in over-kill land with those injectors. With my standalone, I can idle 1000cc injectors like stock with no ill effects and tuning them is just as easy. I run HKS 272/264 8.5mm on my daily car with no problems. I have JUN 272 10.5mm lift on the built engine and tune cars running 270 8.8mm lift all with 1000cc injectors with no problems at idle or throughout the rpm range. I don't know much about the E8 system, but I can tune just about any system put in front of me. Make sure your valves or any other component isn't leaking and you're having to compensate via your computer to cover this. Be wary of the map sensor you're using as the wrong map sensor can give you grief as well. I'm just firing a few things at you to try and help you cope with your issues, but I hope you get them ironed out and get your car on the rollers to see what your capabilities are. Keep us posted!
