Some whine with that turbo?

Hey guys the other day my hotpipe blew off so i put it back on and MADE sure it was on good this time.... but i noticed later that day a whining sound so i checked the turbo manifold gasket... looks fine.... car still pulls great but the turbo sounds like it is fully spooled at 2.5k under 25 - 50 % throttle im thinking some bolts are loose but which bolts would cause the whine. or if you think its somthing else let me know! thanks.

check for shaft play and make sure you have enough oil going at the right pressure going to the turbo. Inspect the blades to make sure they're ok too.
