Some weird issues(door + heating)

I have a '98 GXE, my heater/ac doesn't come on unless it's set to highest setting, I have honestly no clue about what could be wrong.

Also my passenger side door, refuses to close at any speed but slow. You have to literally force it to get it closed, lol maybe the hinge needs some re-greasing? Not sure on this one either.

ok first off the heater ac problem pull the cluster off im gonna say that u just need to adjust the line on it witch is easy as pie

and for the second thing make sure ur hinge is in the correct postion that happens sometimes if the hinge was not tightened to the proper torque if not ur hinge maybe bent or the door latch has a problem

thats about all i can think of could b wrong but i may b wrong lol im more hands on than just reading and answering but those r the first things i would check
