http://www.lexushp.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=9THey have all kinda stuff on this site, there is a video of 1 of the TT GS400 doing donuts, also in one of the sections they show a nice few shoots of the LEX V8 exhaust manifolds, how do they compare to ours?

437 hp! Thats it? i just built a 99 G20T with a T28, FMIC,JWT ecu, FTF fuel rail, and 3" custom exhaust...it put down 300whp/309lbft torque. Id expect much more out of a twin turbo V8.

TerryPS stock bottom end too...and that just touching what the SR is capable of.

No problem, glade to see someone who has a wicked G20, my buddy has an SE-R that just dynoed 328 to the wheels at J&M Corvette in Manchester CT, 437 is a good amount of power, you cant take anything away from the LEX guys, thats a nice job

You have to keep in mind that this is a small V8 running on pump gas.

I bet with a metal head-gasket, a built bottom-end, these guys could run 14-18 PSI and tip-toe past the 600rwhp range. But, considering that the Lexus auto transmission has less torque capacity than that of the Q, it's easy to understand why 11psi is the best compromise in terms of power, reliability and cost.

1qckser, the engine room is so tight I bet these guys had to settle for a less than optimum location for the turbos. They're probably so low, major oiling issues and ground clearance issues must have been addressed. Would've been less stressful and time-consuming had they not dilly-dally'd with a TT turbo setup and ran a single turbo.

By the way, I tried calling you a couple times about the engine but couldn't get a hold of you but I'll call again tomorrow.

I wasnt trying to slam the Lexus at all...i guess i came off wrong. The guy had to have spent an A** load of money doing that...I would be disappointed if it were my car. Maybe there are plans for them to go thru the transmission and then turn up the boost...That would be cool...a 600hp LS400:).
