some thing up it with my shifter

usually wwhen im driving and i reach 3500 rpms and i come to shift into 2nd...i feel like something is catching right before it gets into 2nd it almost stops me fomr shifting... but its nto that bad... and also when i put it into reverse. the shifter is kinda spinning in like a circle... u dont see it but u feel it in the shifter:ylsuper

mines gets stuck when drivin traffic weather, it needs more effort than usual to pull it into nuetral.
