some rb questions

Hey guys. This may seem a dumb question, but i had to ask it. Since the RB series of engines was never sold here originally, what do you guys do for miscellanous replacement parts? (oil filter, spark plugs, etc) Do they all have to be imported from Japan?Thanks for your help,Chris

Hmm I changed my oil and now can't remember which filter I bought...I'm pretty sure it was the one for the NA 300ZX but not positive. For the spark plugs my car came with NGK PFR5A-11 but I got some new PFR6A-11 to go in it from Advance Auto Parts. They didn't have them in stock but were able to have them ready for me the next day. I've also tried out some NA Z32 Denso plugs that worked fine.

JUST MAKE SURE THE PLUGS ARE COLD ENOUGH.
