this is gonna be short and simple, how much would it cost to rebuild and turbo my ka? and would i need to do any special work on the engine before i put a turbo on it

It's a little too simple. It is totally dependent on your goals. Rebuild costs will also fluctuate with extras such as o-ringing and balancing , ect. Same goes with a turbo kit...What's your hp goals?
