some questions

i was wondering if a exhaust port from a t3/t4 would fit onto a downpipe for a t25 flange cuz i cant find one i was just wondering if i would have to custom make one and what would i need for fuel management if im running 8psi im getting the driving itch and those two things are all i have left to get if i cant run with the stock fuel system any help would be great
