The ISIS manifold is basically a Greddy copy, so the same rules apply if it needs an adapter. Whether or not it comes with a gasket is beyond me, if not just smeer a thin coat of RTV on the flanges before installing, and it should work fine.
Cooling on RBs seem to be a sensitive subject in a way because what works for one person doesn't seem to work that great for the next guy. In theory, the fans should be able to push enough air through the front when sitting still to not overheat until the car is moving again to help push air through the front. If running AC while sitting still, the extra heating will reducing cooling efficiency and cause the engine to run a bit hotter due to the condensor's heat passing over the radiator as preheated air. As what many have said already, build air ducting so less air goes around the radiator rather then through it.
