I just want to find out, from people that have Rear Subframe Spacers, if theyre a good mod for your suspension, i heard theyre pretty good, anyone have any opinions on which one are the best, or are they all the same, or if this material is better than that material, for example steal subframes, apposed to aluminum subframe, or are they the same thing, just would like an unbiased opinion ,

Oh yeah, what do you guys thing about those, strut bars from ebay, are strut bars all the same, or is it the old " you get what you pay for", i was thinking of getting subframe spacers, and full front, rear, and lower rear strut bars from ebay, i already have D2 full coilovers, just want to stiffen up some stuff, HEY THANKS FOR ALL YOUR INPUT AND HAPPY MOTORING

This mod really depends on the condition of your rear subframe bushings. If they're just worn a little then you're good to go on the spacers/collars. However, if they're falling apart you're going to need whole new bushings. See SPLparts.com for the latter. They make the former as well but there are a ton of options for them so I won't recommend any. Take note that some collars are cut so you don't have to completely remove the subframe to get the upper collar in. Many (SPL I think) collars allow you to mix and match the top and bottom collars to change the hieght the subframe sits at.

Your best bet is to go with a name brand like Cusco or JIC. They can often be found on sale and they aren't that much more expensive. Once you start talking respectable brands it's really mostly about price as long as the design is the same.

By lower braces I assume you mean sway bars. You'll probably want adjustable ones at some point.

...I think I've linked that thing at least 4 times in the last week alone.
