This mod really depends on the condition of your rear subframe bushings. If they're just worn a little then you're good to go on the spacers/collars. However, if they're falling apart you're going to need whole new bushings. See SPLparts.com for the latter. They make the former as well but there are a ton of options for them so I won't recommend any. Take note that some collars are cut so you don't have to completely remove the subframe to get the upper collar in. Many (SPL I think) collars allow you to mix and match the top and bottom collars to change the hieght the subframe sits at.

Your best bet is to go with a name brand like Cusco or JIC. They can often be found on sale and they aren't that much more expensive. Once you start talking respectable brands it's really mostly about price as long as the design is the same.
By lower braces I assume you mean sway bars. You'll probably want adjustable ones at some point.
