Some questions about the rb25det swap into a S13

ok so i got most of everything figured out few questions though that i can't quite find the answer to.

First of all im going the custom route, i have a shop with enough tools and a mig welder more than capable of getting this swap done right so heres the plans. Im going to modify the stock 240sx x-member to work with the rb25. ive seen it done in another swap and it looked real good. so my first question would be driveshaft...

i have a s13 with ABS so the diff is a little longer. Now i know that since most aftermarket mounts place the engine in the same spot and center the shifter in the hole in the floor would a driveshaft from DSS work? like the ones that are made for the syko performance mounts. I know that theres some leadway with the yoke and whatnot that it can move forward or back some, so i would think that when i mount my engine and transmission it should be in the same location, or VERY close to where it would be with a engine mounted with the syko mounts. If this is the case that will help me out a lot since i don;t have a skyline or z32 yoke at the moment and they seem to be alittle pricey, plus the cost of having a custom driveshaft made it seems just ordering one from DSS would be much better.

Second, is the downpipe/turbo elbow question. Im not concerend about it hitting the steering rack, i will make it work somehow, but im just not willing to really buy a mckinney downpipe when it seems that i should be able to just pick up a used sr20 downpipe correct? i mean im not sure if anyone has used one but im assuming with some little modification it should match up to the stock turbo elbow. and this is where my last quesiton come in, is can you get a aftermarket turbo elbow for the rb25? im not seeing much and i've been searching the net for one, im assuming its totally different than a sr20 one?

last question... emissions. I live in CT. has anyone gotten a rb25 to pass with one cat? im not quite sure what the deal is with that but i want this thing to be registered and legit.
