Alot of cleaning, scuffing the wheels and 4 cans of spray paint i was afraid of it starting to chip but there holding up pretty good. What part of Cincy you from REX??

Good looking car. I saw it earlier today in another post and it inspired me to rattle can my wheels. I also did it because the factory clear coat was peeling and they were stained with brake dust (seriously). I got hold of some Oven Brite, sprayed them down and they looked brand new (except for the peeling), but I'd already bought the paint so I went ahead and did it. I didn't mean to make them too dark but my spray painting skills rival only a cave man. Now they're some metallic gunmental color. They look OK but I wish I'd left them alone in retrospect.
