O.k first off, i searched and have done many hours reading, and i can't seem to find anyone else with my problem

I have a 90 240, with a swaped in ka24de, i recently turbo'd it, and have had nothing but problems.

The set-up is as follows: sr370 injectors, t-25 turbo, ssac bottom mount manifold, vibrant front mount intercooler, P.I.T blow off valve( open atmospheric), SAFC, and stock fuel pump, and mass air sensor.

The problem im having is when i'm driving out of boost, i have a really bad stumble, kind of like letting the clutch go to early, it only seems to happen between 2000rpm right to 4000rpm, now i have tried just about everything on the setting for low, and i can't seem to fix it, my A/F's are great at cruising, reading between 14.5-14.7, and at WOT 12.3-11.9, ,my settings on the lo are -25 across the board, and i have tried different variations, My throttle points are set at 10%lo, and 43%high, it's really annoying, cause i have barely any street ability, Please someone help

You may want to check your knock sensor and fuel injectors.

P.I.T blow off valve( open atmospheric), --This is most likely your problem---recirculate your BOV and it will not stumble--your car is prpbably too rich because it has accounted for the air that the BOV let out.

I don't believe BOV can be his problem because he said it's the actual driving that the problem occurs, not when he throws into neutral.

ryancook - this is a common sympton of poor EGR blocking CONSIDERING your AFR's are as good as you say. Did you block off the EGR completely? or at least rerouted it back into the exhaust? If not, this will cause the problems you have described as I went through the same process. If you decide to pull the EGR system off completly off the intake manifold, make sure you use vaccum caps and such to block off any remainder things that might be left open.

It could also be your in/out settings on the SAFC.

What happens when you set those wrong, it's reading the voltages from the maf in that rpm range wrong and screwing everything up. I had the exact same problem but mine was from around 1500 to 3000

Yeah, if you have the stock MAF, 5 in - 5 out should be the right settings. If you use a S14 MAF, I think it's 6 in - 5 out. Z32 Maf is 2 in - 5 out.

Other than that, maybe it's your MAF its self. Try to see if you can swap it with someones that works.

My worthless $.02

Test your TPS if the EGR is no the culprit-A Tps that has a open in the sweep can caus problems like that.

I agree with eazye2000... Make sure your SAFC settings are right for your MAF.

Maybe your air in air out wires are wrong? Check to make sure you have one wire from the engine side of the harness wired to the in, and the ecu side wired to the out.

Observe your BOV at idle. Many are in fact recirc valves that stay open at idle or low vacuum. If it is this kind, recirculate it and clean the gunk from your throttle valve.
