Where should this line go to? I think it may be for the charcoal canister...not sure. Should I plug into one of the Greddy nipples, can I cap it off or leave it unplugged?

Is this the fill plug for the transmission?

And last, can anyone identify this shifter? It came with the engine and I didn't think anything of it until I tried to put my Nismo shift knob on it and it didnt fit. So now I need to know what size threads those are to get a new knob. I tried to look it up but couldn't find anything that looked like it.

1) Looks like thats the line from the canister that returns to the tank. You can cap it or vent it.

2) Transmission Gear Oil Fill Plug

3) Shifter looks to be an el-cheapo from the looks of it, but could be wrong. Use a thread feeler to measure the threads. I think the Toyota/Honda thread is the one you're looking for.

what mounts are you using? that shifter looks to be sitting pretty far forward.

Thanks Coolwhip!

I'm using Mckinney mounts, which I will never, ever use again or recommend to anyone because of how ****ty they were. They might as well be custom mounts now. The transmission mount bolted up perfectly but the engine mounts were way off. I had to drill 3 new holes in them for it to bolt down. Thats not including the ones they tell you to drill on the bottom. Wish I could've found an R33 crossmember to use. oh well

the mckinney's worked fine for me and a lot of other people. did you talk to Mack about it? he is always willing to work with you if something is not right. they are made in a jig so they should fit properly. unless you are using different block mounts, crossmember, etc.

Definitely installed them correctly. Could be a warped crossmember but I doubt it, or maybe the guy who had them before me somehow managed to mess them up, as I did buy them used. Not sure, but they are on now, I never had time to contact Mack as it was late at night and about to rain so I drilled new holes and got them in. The shifter seemed to sit pretty much in the center last time I sat in my car...might be the angle of the picture.

that is a c's shifter, you're missing the extention for it that the normal shifter bolts to.

Hahahaha thats awesome. So much for the almighty, way too popular mckinney mounts.

This just made my day. I do feel bad it happened to you though Klan, it had to start somewhere.

I wouldn't rule on it. mack is actively seeking to see what might be the problem.

After X amount of kits leaving their operation and the failure/illfitment rate being as low as it is, this might very well be an end-user issue.

Either it was done by the previous owner of these mounts or what.
