I was flipping through my very very cool Q45 coffee table book today and realized I should probably snap some pictures of some of the neater pictures from the book.

Some of these can be clicked for high-res versions.

First, a neat diagram of the running gear all assembled without a body. It gives a great look at the engine bay spacing and accessory layout from an angle we don't get to see very often.

Next, some wireframe 3D illustrations showing the front and rear suspension in detail.Front:

Rear:

More wireframes, this time of the VH:

And finally, one we've probably all seen before. All the versions of this one I've been able to find online are either small or poorly resized so I figured I'd upload a nice one of this one, too.

I'd love to, but it's a pretty thick book. It'd take some time to get good pics and upload them. I may do it at some point if I have some time. Most of the other pictures are of red and green belt-buckle Qs with the HICAS wheels and some close-ups of various parts of the car and such. Not much more technical stuff like this, though.

O wow I thought it was shorter than that.

I want a book so bad, just need to find one.

But thanks for those pictures though.

Don't think it has a name. It has the Q45 logo on the cover and says Infiniti on the spine of the book and sleeve. The inside front page says "The Infiniti Experience."

You are missing the point- I would rather keep the book then exchange it for less than $250.00

In perfect condition? I think I like my credit card guarantee better than eBay.

I'm giving mine to Wes. Just have to get off my lazy butt and ship him the box. I think I paid $15 on ebay.

I have joined the ranks of the elite and bought a book of my own: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...53844

I will be sure to scan it for people, as long as Wes can host it.

Had some friends in high school who did that with an old Edsel with a 392. No body, just a frame, a small instrument cluster, lights on frame, and two plywood bench seats with seat belts. PRetty fast without that 1600 lb. body. Too illegal to run at the track.

My god. Must have used lag bolts to keep that plywood down. Hell of a ride!

Notice the tires are not Michelin. They look like Dunlops.
