some little KA24E pipes

On my 89 sohc coupe, at the back of the engine on the top, there are just some random tiny little pipes hanging out. I think they are all just EGR stuff, last owner took all emissions out- but all of them are just hanging open. I want to know if I can safely clamp them or should I put in some new pipes connecting this and that? I don't have emissions or inspections anything but I try to treat my cars well, so I don't want pipes hanging open.Here are some pics

If you don't have any emissions equipment installed, then those hard lines are not connected to anything. You can try removing the ones on the back of the head but some of those bolts are hard to reach and you'll need a swiveling wrench.
