What a shame. Tons of people in dealerships do business this way cause it is so easy to get away with it. These people are paying for these extra service packages, and not understanding that on paper. You have to ask the right question to get the right answer. I'm sorry, but people know the dangers of buying cars, they should also shop around and listen to what people have to say. This dealership should of been gone a long time ago based on complaints and the way they do business. Or bought by a different person, of course.

I wish somebody would make it simple and fun to buy a car again. It used to be. I used to get a new car almost every year. Now it is a nightmare. You can waste a whole afternoon haggling. It is so rediculous.

Once we ordered a 'Vette from a dealership chain called Bill Heard. I'm sure folks from the south have heard of it. We ordered the car and waited 9 weeks for it. When they finally called us and told us it had come in, we drove in to find out they had tacked on a $10,000 "market adjustment" on it. Can you believe. I asked the guy if we looked like we were total idiots. Memphis has about 9 Chevy dealerships. I pulled out my cell phone and called another one and they had a car just like we wanted on their showroom. We went there and bought it and got them about $4500 off the sticker. Amazing. Thank goodness Bill Heard went out of business. That is what they deserved.
