How could you remove or disassemble the lower part of the middle dashboard ? the one which the A.C. button is in ?

it does have an red tinge to it in the dark from the pictures you posted.

I do not know how to take the doors off unfortunately. I will have to take them off sooner or later though to replace the motor for my rear window (doesn't roll up or down anymore for some reason).
