some clarification for 2006 Altima antenna adapter

Hi, I am installing a headunit into a 2006 Altima(no Bose) and I see 2 different antenna adapters, one has a plug for the 2 prong Nissan antenna to a standard one for an aftermarket headunit, and the second one has a harness that goes into the car and the second end goes into the aftermarket headunit.

I am unclear about which one I need, I know that I need to connect the remote wire for the antenna to be powered but I am unclear as to how the wiring on the car is.

Let's say I take out the factory headunit, does the 2 prong antenna connects into the headunit or does it connect into a harness that goes into a headunit?

Anyways here are the 2 adapters I saw which one should I order? 1 or 2

if anyone is interested, the 2006 Altima did not require any type of adapter for the antenna.
