some chic hit my car....JOE i need some parts

Hey guys i got into an accident about a week ago. some chic coming from a stop didn't see a BLACK car in the middle of the afternoon coming full speed. luckily i manage to WOT the car and got clipped in the rear instead of t-boned. once i got out of the car the damage was as bad as i thought. all i need is to replace the rear bumper.

the thing is i'm having a hard time looking at my car the same way as before. is this nature?!?!

and talk about insult to injury the chic said i was at fault...?!?!

yea some girl backed into me in the parking lot at school and she freaked out and made sure her 4runner didnt have any dents(which it didnt) and then she blamed me. Is her insurance paying for it?
