Ugh, that sucks.

I got backed into about a year ago (right between the passenger side doors) and lately every time I open the rear pass. door the molding has been catching on the front door and keeps popping off.

Not sure what to say about the headlights. You'll probably have to suck it up and buy both. At least you'll have a backup if the other side gets hit...?

Just buy a set and keep the extra one as a spare. Their insurance should be paying for it anyway and if you can only get pairs then ........

first find out what insurance if its state farm you are in luck....what you need to do first is go somewhere to get an estimate done from someone you know and trust make sure he does teh estimate for everythign like the 2 headlamps not just one since you cant get one. Then fax that to the insurance company.. If its state farm or USAA you should pretty much not have a problem

not to mention USAA has a forced savings where they put a portion of their reserves. two years after you no longer drive. they will send you a big check. I've been with USAA since 1974 and woldn't insure with any other insurer. My wife is in Management with State Farm, we insure 10 cars for a little more than her one car cost with State Farm.
